FREE ROOT CAUSE CHECKER

Your symptoms make more sense when you stop looking at them one by one.
If bloating, constipation, reflux or other digestive symptoms keep changing, returning or appearing alongside things like fatigue, brain fog, skin changes or hormonal symptoms, it can be difficult to see what actually matters.
The Root Cause Checker is a free 146 page reference guide to help you organise what you are experiencing, explore possible contributing factors and notice connections you may not have considered before.
Created by Michela Donazzan, Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath

When you know a lot, but the picture still does not make sense
You may have already changed your diet, tried supplements, had tests or spent far too much time Googling individual symptoms.
What this can look like
• symptoms improve, return or change without an obvious reason
• foods seem fine one week and problematic the next
• digestion is no longer the only thing going on
• every new piece of information seems to create another question
This guide helps you organise the picture before deciding what deserves your attention.
Start with the symptom that is actually bothering you.
The guide includes sections on bloating, constipation, loose stools, reflux, abdominal pain, fatigue, headaches and migraines, anxiety, brain fog, skin and hormonal symptoms, plus nervous system health and a final pattern recognition section.
For each symptom, you can explore:
• what may sit alongside it
• possible contributing factors
• connections with other symptoms
• questions and general strategies worth considering
It is educational, not diagnostic.
The guide cannot tell you with certainty which factors are your individual primary drivers. It gives you a framework for understanding the possibilities and deciding what may deserve further investigation.
You do not need to read 146 pages.
This is a reference guide, not a book.
Read the short introduction, then go directly to the symptom that matters most to you.
Look at another section if it clearly connects to your picture.
Then use the final Understanding Your Patterns section to step back and see what keeps appearing.
That is enough.
The goal is more clarity, not 146 pages of homework.
Why I made it
I’m Michela, although most people call me Miky. I’m a Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath working primarily with women whose persistent digestive symptoms sit within a wider health story.
I created the Root Cause Checker because symptoms are much harder to understand when they are treated as completely separate problems.
Sometimes the useful question is not simply, “What can I take for this?”
It is, “What might connect this to everything else that is going on?”
Start with one symptom. See what connects.
You do not need to understand everything about your health today.
Start with the thing that is bothering you most.
Use the guide to explore what might sit around it.
Then see whether the wider picture begins to make a little more sense.
The Root Cause Checker is for education and reflection and does not provide a diagnosis or replace medical care. If you have new, severe, worsening or otherwise concerning symptoms, please seek appropriate medical assessment.
